Pocket Full of Memories, Scrapbook & Memory Journal

I am not a very good scrapbooker. I am the worlds worst procrastinator. I have pictures in boxes that go way back to when my two boys were still in short pants! So, when we decided to go on our extended vacation this year (we were gone almost a month) I was determined to do my scrapbooking along the way. After all considering what I have in boxes in the closet if I didn't do it along the way then the pictures would be in boxes or in my computer FOREVER. So here is a peek at my Scrapbook Journal.

On September 13th I will be teaching "A Pocket Full of Memories" at the Beverly's in Rocklin. In the class you will make the Scrapbook Journal. It starts out with two pieces of bookboard and a bunch of paper and when you go home you will have a beautiful scrapbook journal to use for your own purposes. If you want more information mailto:sheila_vincent@yahoo.com . I would love to tell you how you could join in on the fun.

Hope you can join us,

sheila

Fresh Cut Notes

I think these Fresh Cut Notes are a real easy way to send a nice note to someone.

I just love "Tart & Tangy"

OK...So I have been missing FOREVER!

Ok, so I was on a wonderful extended vacation and have had a very hard time getting back in the groove. Forgive me? Hopefully I will be more on the ball and keep up with posting pictures of my cards. Keep checking.....I promise I will post some more cards.

Katelin's Birthday Card & Gift Bag

Today is my granddaughter Katelin's birthday. Here's the gift bag and card that I made. I just love glitter.....it's too bad you can't see it on the card.

I was able to play with my stamps a little the other night and this is what I came up with. I had seen something similar earlier this month and thought I would love to send a note on nice stationary. So.....what do ya think?

Krista's Birthday

I had this idea for one of my Granddaughter's birthday card. Her birthday isn't until the 4th of July but I always have to make several trial cards before I get just what I want. So, this is a good start. I think I will share this at my downline meeting tomorrow.

Two of my favorite things the stamp set Heartfelt Thanks and watercolor crayons.

I totally CASED this card from convention. I'm sorry I don't remember who created it but I just loved the idea and had to try it. It was easier than I thought.

I was tagged by Keri to play . . . . The 7 Things Game.

The Rules for 7 Things:

1. Link your tagger and list these rules on your blog.
2. Share 7 facts about yourself on your blog, some random, some weird.
3. Tag 7 people at the end of your post by leaving their names as well as links to their blogs.

My Sister's Card

Good Morning,
I just had to add a pic of this card that my sister gave me. It is such a pretty card. I hope you all like it. I haven't used "Bud Basics" in ages. This just might make me get my thinkin' cap on.

Just Jump In!

Hi, so I finally decided to jump in with both feet. Well maybe with just my big toe. Actually I needed a little push.....thanks Heide.

I just thought I could do one of my favorite things and that is to share my passion. I just love Stampin' Up! What a great ride this is. I get to play with paper, rubber stamps, glitter, glue and just loads of fun stuff and I get to share it with great people. Well, here I go. But wait I just need to ask. . . . . have a little patience with me while I figure this thing out.

Hang on,

Sheila

"Yes, I know I have glitter on my face!"
